Brainware ( is a founders collective - building a limited number of products and services. We are developing products and services for primarily fast growing companies in sales, lead generation, customer support, back-office and API development.

We are looking for a Back Office Administrator to join our team

Our perfect candidate has:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills and an ability to speak clearly in English;

  • Keyboard proficiency, experience with data entry and web-research work is a plus;

  • Strong attention to detail with respect to customer needs and quality of work;

  • Ability to learn, work quickly and accurately;

  • Resolve various customer requests/tickets, verify information, make required entries into a unique digital marketing platform and provide resolution documentation;

  • Review and assign/escalate tickets as required to an appropriate team as needed;

  • Execute other administrative or back office tasks related to the process.
