Brainware (brainware.io) is a founders collective - building a limited number of products and services. We are developing products and services for primarily fast growing companies in sales, lead generation, customer support, back-office and API development.
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our project team and work with US-based companies.
- At least 1 year Call Center experience
- At least 2 years in College
- Strong written and oral communication skills and an ability to speak clearly in English
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to learn new processes quickly
- Managing feedback and tickets through Zendesk
- Clearing out tickets and separating customer support inquiries from feature requests from feedback from users.
- Responding to feature requests and logging those requests
- Responding to kudos from users
- Escalating any technical issues that can't be resolved directly
- Alert team in real time of any severe product issues (outages, dropouts in performance, etc).
