Customer Support Representative

Full-Time in Taguig, PH

Brainware (brainware.io) is a founders collective - building a limited number of products and services. We are developing products and services for primarily fast growing companies in sales, lead generation, customer support, back-office and API development.

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our project team and work with US-based companies.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year Call Center experience
  • At least 2 years in College
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and an ability to speak clearly in English
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to learn new processes quickly

Responsibilities

  • Managing feedback and tickets through Zendesk
  • Clearing out tickets and separating customer support inquiries from feature requests from feedback from users.
  • Responding to feature requests and logging those requests
  • Responding to kudos from users
  • Escalating any technical issues that can't be resolved directly
  • Alert team in real time of any severe product issues (outages, dropouts in performance, etc).
